The Knighthawks Men's Health Jersey Auction 2013 is now closed.
SILENT AUCTION RULES
Minimum Bid: $150.00
Silent Auction: A bidder will submit a bid without knowing the identity of the other bidder(s).
ONLINE RULES
The On-line Auction will go live on Saturday, January 26, 2013, and continue through 9:30pm on Saturday, February 2, 2013. Fans will submit a bid online at gobuyrochester.com. The winners will be notified by the Knighthawks following the close of the auction.
Bidders with winning bids on multiple items must pay for every item won. If they do not pay for every item won, they forfeit their winning bid, and the next highest bidder on each item will be deemed the winning bidder.
PAYMENT & UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Winners may pay with exact cash, credit card or personal check. The winner will be notified at using the phone number and/or email address submitted with their bid. The winner will have five (5) business days from the date of notification to claim their item, after which the next highest bidder will be contacted. This process will continue until each item is claimed. Payment must be arranged immediately upon notification.
*As always, the Knighthawks Charitable Foundation will provide the winning bidder with a tax-receipt letter, but we recommend consulting with a professional tax adviser regarding the extent to which your contribution is tax-deductible.
Jerseys will be available for pick up at the Blue Cross Arena following the game on February 2, 2013. Winning bidders unable to pick the jerseys up at that time can secure them from the Knighthawks team offices at 144 Exchange Blvd. as of February 4, 2013. Payment must be made in full in order to claim a jersey. Upon request, a jersey may be shipped via FedEx ground and will be subject to a $20.00 shipping and handling charge.
DISCLAIMER
Though all jerseys are authentic, they are not necessarily game worn. Due to roster moves, injuries, etc. some players may not play, or may not be on the active roster. For this reason, some jerseys may not be able to be signed by the player.
