Go Buy Rochester Return and Refund Policy

Go Buy Rochester (GBR) is an online community of independent Members that are retailers and manufacturers located within an 11 county contiguous area referred to as the ‘GBR Region’.
Each GBR Member is responsible for managing the return of any products they offer for sale through GBR and each Member is responsible for defining their individual product Return & Refund Policy. Each Member’s return policy may be found on their Member page (within the GBR website) and you are encouraged to review this information prior to the placement of your order or at any future time.
GBR does maintain minimum Return Policy requirements as a condition of GBR membership and each Member must meet these requirements to be eligible to participate with GBR. These requirements include
- Presenting the details of the Member’s Return & Refund Policy on the GBR Member page.
- If product return is allowed by the GBR Member, defining and presenting the steps you must follow in requesting authorization to return products ordered via GBR.
If a GBR Member has authorized the return of any product to them, the following requirements must be met by the Consumer (YOU):
- For items received damaged in shipment, a “Damaged Shipment Claim’ must be filed with the shipping carrier for resolution. No items delivered with shipping damage may be returned to the GBR Member.
- A Return Authorization must be obtained by you from the GBR Member prior to the return of any product ordered through GBR. Items returned, for any reason, without prior authorization may be refused.
- All items authorized for return by the GBR Member must be returned by you in the original packaging.
- All items authorized for return by the GBR Member must be returned in a ‘new’ condition
- You are responsible for the payment for all shipping charges related to a return shipment with the exclusion of products returned due to mis-shipment by the GBR Member.
- Items returned may be subject to restocking fees.
Refunds:
All authorized refunds for products and/or shipping charges (if applicable) will be made by the GBR Member directly.
